Established in 2007, due to a spin-off of Forship Engenharia Ltda, the HMSWeb Tecnologia da Informação LTDA is a company specialized in the IT solution development for the management and control of engineering projects. Our main product, and inspiration for the company name, is the HMSWeb© software, Handover Management System, a complete solution for management of the mechanical completion and commissioning.
The HMSWeb© software was created due to Forship Engenharia need for a tool to manage commissioning activities. Since the first commissioning projects and contact with some tools used in these projects, the importance of developing a solution has become evident, complete indeed, for management of this important engineering discipline.
The Forship Engenharia, as company specialized in commissioning and performance of commissioning projects, was naturally guided to a wide view of the whole process. From this scenario and experience gathered from more than 40 commissioning projects and 4 millions of man-hour in this area, developing the HMSWeb©.
Thus, we can state that the product was created due to commissioning needs, and its DNA brings engineering knowledge of this discipline, which highlights our specialized tool and the great value added service.
